Who We Are (Origin Story)
“Chair Force” is a nickname often used by members of other military branches to describe the Air Force — a bit of good-natured ribbing about the fact that many Air Force jobs are done from a chair. Mine was no exception.
Years later, while volunteering alongside veterans from other branches, that same playful banter came back — this time with me up in a tree and them on the ground, joking about how quickly I was piecing it apart. In the middle of the laughs, I said, “If this ever turns into a business, I already know what I’m calling it — Chair Force.”
And that’s exactly how the name was born.
Chair Force Services is proudly veteran-owned and locally operated, built on hard work, mutual respect, and a willingness to laugh while getting the job done right. Today, that same mindset carries through everything we do — from professional tree and stump grinding services to dependable rental options for events and projects.
We believe in showing up, doing honest work, and treating people and property with care. No shortcuts. No excuses. Just reliable service from someone who stands behind their name.
